Anyone ordered a Switch 2 (just console or the game bundle) from O2 on monthly payments? Just interested to know what your order tracking in your MyO2 has to say?

yes and it panicked me because it’s completely vanished from my o2 account. it did reappear under my orders and then vanished again. still under being processed. the money was still in my pending for 4 days they only took it today and it’s still being processed. do they just not have them to send out? i only ordered because it said in stock but when i clicked for Liverpool it said delayed everywhere….

I called support which was a very confusing process. You're asked by an automated system if you're pay as you go or on a monthly contract which are the only options and I'm neither.
I just ended up saying I was pay as you go and after some confusion with the support staff I was able to discuss the issue.
They said my order is still processing and that it is still in stock. They said I couldn't see the order as my account is new and not properly setup until it finishes processing. They asked me to give them another day so hopefully it dispatches soon 😅
I also said not being able to see my order was concerning and the lack of communication was frustrating as a customer and they said they'll give me £10 credit. I hope that is not £10 for a pay as you go sim card I don't have and is actually £10 off the purchase 😅

I contacted them today with it being more than 3 working days since my order now, i was told its still in stock for orders and that they will escalate me (which i doubt) and then applied £10 to my pay monthly account, already had the text for the credit but was told i need to wait another 2-3 days, kinda dumb how its being handled honestly considering it was 2-3 days when i ordered and was in stock....

I also ordered mine on the 7th and haven’t heard anything back in your orders does it still say processing as mine has been stuck on that for days now

Hi, does your say more than 4 weeks? I’m abit confused as mine says that. Does this mean they have stock or not?

Mine still says more than 4 weeks so I’m going to contact them tomorrow and I’ll let you know what they say my guess is it means that they’re waiting for stock

O2 do not have a live stock system unfortunately. If you are contacting them to see the status of your order then ring sales.

Yes mine still says processing. I keep checking everyday for an update but it says 4 weeks for delivery
