On 21st January 15 I ordered online for a Samsung Galaxy tab the next day 22st jan 15 they were dealing with my order, I received an email telling me that my order has been despatched. Then at about 8:30pm I received a text from UK Mail stating that my order will be delivered for 23rd jan 15. On 23rd jan 15 they were spot on I have recieved my order so I don't know how everyone is complaining saying that there's hasn't turned up for days and days. Anyways thanks O2 for dealing with my order Asap

Hi @Anonymous

You must get O2 to chase this up for you. Until you receive the phone it is their responsibility not UK Mail.

Contact them via this link. Do not use Liive Chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

O2 Social Queries are supoosedly handling it. Thing is my phone is only an hours drive away but they won't bring it. I have threatened closing my account but they just tell me it will be delivered tomorrow. Fed up to the teeth. What else can I do ?

I would suggest making a 'real nuisance' of yourself by continually phoning them until it's sorted. It's not ideal I know that ...but it's what I would do if this happened to me. I say again until you get this phone it is O2's responsibility
