Google Maps adds Great Britain public transport data

"Google has added coast-to-coast public transport information for the whole of Great Britain to its Maps app."

As a regular commuter around the Coast this is going to be handy for me.

Great news but one fundamental flaw.. It doesn't contain any real time data. So, certainly in the respect of rail, people will still be better off using nationalrail.co.uk etc for info.

Once real time data is added then yes it will be formiddable.

Once they incorporate Waze it will take over completely.

Could come in useful when I get the travel pass updated to cover all UK instead of just London.
