New to 02

I've just moved to O2 .. I can't believe how hard it is to navigate the O2 site compared to other providers : ( I guess people just end up calling the help line.

The main O2 site has a lot on it, but it also has a search function, as does this Community Forum O2 site.

Personally, Google is a godsend for finding the right bit of 8nformation on the main O2 site,as well as on the Virgin Media site.
