I wish I didn't change providers! Ive had my phone not even 2 weeks and its telling me my data is nearly done! How when I use wifi 70% of the time plus i did as instructed by o2 and switched off my data when I get home. This is ludicrous. I may end up giving back the phone and cancelling the contract as im still within my 14 days.

@Anonymous I've made the mistake of using up all my data on YouTube videos once or twice before lol. At least you got to the bottom of the issue.

I have never needed a data top up.....and if it rolled over on my account I would probably have 1000GB or more to play with....(or sell)

Ohh that's a good idea. A buy back scheme for unused data would be very handy for low users.

I'm not sure how O2 would make any money from that - If customers have that much data left over on a regular basis it would suggest they are over paying for the wrong tariff.
Quite right...but I actually didn't care because when I signed up for mine it was half price....so pointless going for less when I got more for the same price.....
