Think O2 need a decent voice over on everything, like the one where you call customer services. The new one on Voicemail when you call 901 sounds so slow, like she needs winding up! I prefer how it used to be but at least it's not as bad as that terrible voice over when you call 2202. That one really winds me up.
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

The slowness has nothing to do with the voice over artist. It's a new voicemail system. The previous one was in use from the BT Cellnet days and had bits added to it over the years following the withdrawal of voicemail 902 many years ago.

The voice over artist on the voicemail has been used for O2 messaging services for over 2 decades. The same artist was also used for many other O2 services at one point and is still used for messages like when you dial the wrong number, I dunno try dialing 888 or something. It's professional, clear and easy to understand for everyone.
