Network upgrades

Why did 02 send me a text saying that they where going to be doing some upgrades on the 16th when they havent done anything upto now 😞

@paddyguy  There could be any number of reasons. Weather, access to the land the mast is on, staff shortages, the work is internal, there's no way of telling. Also, just because they said they would be starting an upgrade on the 16th, it doesn't mean they will finish on the 16th. It could take days, or even weeks, or even longer. As it's only been three days, I think you'll have to apply a little patience. At least you know they're doing something.:smileywink:

@paddyguy If they performing upgrades then your service will fluctuate until its completion then you will receive a text saying it’s complete

It says the network is workin fine at the moment and its Intermittent in the area

In that case they are doing the upgrade so you must be patient
