Will there be a up date to improve the network next month as reading the past threads it is due.

and could you please tell me what is the service for my area Densole Kent.

being a new customer there seems to be a long delay when calling another contact are the calls being

forwarded to make the connection? I hope you can help looking forward to a reply. Regards JOHN.

You can check service levels here http://status.o2.co.uk/ but o2 don't announce network updates until they are in progress.

You could use Tugo which allows you to call and text over Wifi. It may be a workaround while you wait for your network to improve ..
