Unlikely, but depends on how long overall I guess.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I'm going to be requesting some sort of refund towards my bill, I've had hospital trying to ring me.. my daughter been ill and I couldn't get hold of the doctors..

Very doubtful and i guess O2 will compensate on an individual basis rather than a general goodwill gesture.
