Network Issues in Wye Valley

Has anyone any idea what is going on with O2 network in the lower Wye Valley area. Since Wednesday this week there has been no signal. I check the O2 network status and it has been saying there is a mast not working. OK that explains why there is no signal but gives no indication of when they might get it fixed.

 

I am not able to speak to anyone because Live Chat never has an agent available and customer service line has at least a 30 minute wait.

O2 do not give time frames for mast repairs. If it's saying there's a mast down, they're aware of it, and it will be repaired eventually. Not much help for you, I know, but it will be fixed.
