I am abroad and told to ring customer services within 24 hours... tried that and you are closed due to Bank holiday i would imagine?
No other number on your ever so helpful website...(NOT).. to try and speak to a human being... strange concept actually speaking to your customers..
No e-mail address or ability to respond to the text that has been sent to me...
I'm now stressing that O2 will cut my phone off and no way of contacting anyone.. so trying this portal to see if i can get help.
Well done guys for stressing me out.. it's 9.48 UK time, lets see how O2 take to get back to me..

Open 7 days a week, never close on Bank Holidays. Just keep trying bearing in mind time difference.
