O2 never give timeframes for repair as some repairs can take longer than others.
Keep checking the status page for updates and you can request a goodwill gesture from CS once your service is restored.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

In short we as customers don't know and O2 fpdont give out real time upgrade / repair info.

Keep checking here http://status.o2.co.uk

If on contract and you have home wifi look at using Tugo in the interim.

Download the MYNETWORK APP and report the masts

Help thread http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-ev...

It is thought some across the uk are suffering from mast congestion as O2 upgrade their network.

On the service status look at the planned maintenance tab.

It is reported as good in your area.

Mobiles are not 100% reliable - None are, so you should have a landline too if you're running a business.....
You can download Tugo and give a try in the meantime....?

If your on a business contract perhaps think about a BoostBoxe.

You can also divert your calls in the interim.
