NHS Discount for IPad Pro?

Hi sorry I'm new to this. My mobile contract is with Vodaphone but looking to get a IPad Pro on a 24 month contract would I still be entitled to discount working for NHS? (Like Vodaphone do) how would I get it?

What's the deal, in simple terms?

O2 only do refresh and the device has to come from O2, no third parties.
