My severe disappointment in this company

I have been with this company most of my adult life I even went to a different n came back to u but with this phone n the contract I feel I have been done over n let down n deceived....i phoned u up to express my concerns especially since a friend of mine who had never been with o2 who I suggested went with, ended up with a better phone more Internet for less money....i rang u to discuss my issues n u basically told me to shut up n put up....me n this friend took our contra ts out at the same time n now she's just upgraded as u offered to pay off the rest of her contract.....i want out of this contract n I have wanted since a month into n I'm forced to stay my friend breaks her phone n u throw new one at her whilst I'm here the unhappiest I've ever been in any contract in my life.....i will await your answer before this matter is taken further

You won't get an answer here as we are all customers like yourself.

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
