I have just changed over from O2 Monthly Contract to O2 Pay & Go, keeping the same Number.
When accessing My O2 account the website still shows details for my Monthly contract & nothing for Pay & Go. Do I need to re register my number & set up a new user name so I can see my O2 Pay & Go or will My O2 revert to Pay & Go once my final monthly bill is processed.
I tried to email O2 but says I cannot contact them using the mobile number provided.
