My new Pre Ordered Samsung Galaxy S8 has still not been delivered. 

Dispatch Date was 17th April and i received a text message saying my order will be delivered by 18th April by DPD, i then got a message on 18th saying "Sorry, we havent received your O2 parcel yet so cant deliver today. 

Will i receive this order today???

Also something I didn't think of until after @MI5 posted his question above. How can phones that are not on general release till the 28th April; on pre-order release from 20th April be out of stock on the 19th April. In other words how can the S8/S8+ be out of stock before they're in stock?

Sounds about right. Then it could also be a customer advisor not on the ball. I still remember the Note7 fiasco: misinformation from both live chat and customer services. Not forgeting people still waiting for their Note7s to be collected not so long ago. My confidence in o2 is not high.

Well just received a text from UKMail confirming delivery of my phone tomorrow. Hope they are better delivering than they are collecting. Assuming all goes to plan I will have my new phone tomorrow - I can't wait....😆

Assuming UKMail do deliver my S8+ tomorrow, I'm unlikely to be on the Community except to confirm receipt. The rest of the day I intend to play with my new phone and play and......😁
