I was put into a false sense of security where I'd been put under the impression that I would be paying for a pay as you go deal of 30gb a month @£10 a month but ive just received a message a new sim is being sent of which I don't need! As I don't have a device to extract the one in my phone I'm happy with I spoke to a pay as you go advisor whom helped me better and sorted what I needed d moylan

I don't quite understand what you are asking here but you will not get 30Gb of data for £10 per month on O2 PAYG.

O2 PAYG operates on either Big Bundles or Rolling Plans :-

Big Bundles: Eveything you need to know – Help and Support | O2

Rolling plans | Help and Support | O2

I fear you might have signed up to a monthly contract ! 👍
