Miss selling products- 02 sales agents Are miss selling products and services. they are claiming that on the family bundle that you get 20% of both lines, this is in fact not true. they are only doing this to get a sale and if you don’t cancel within the first 14 days then you are eligible to pay the rest of the contract. I have reported this to the financial ombudsman and I will take further action and I will inform watchdog and any other necessary institutions to highlight the predatory business practices.

Did they call you, or did you call them, @Printhan_1? 

Certain third parties have been known to cold-call (The proper O2 Sales team do not call you, generally speaking!) and give misleading info.

Never entertain a call, allegedly from O2, (in reality, an "O2 partner") where they try to get you to change contract or sign up on the call.
