Yea bandofbtothers this was done via customer services of the phone.
The woman is the ceo's office woudnt do anything so im skeptical anything else is fruitless. However i will persue that. In your opinion do u believe its misellinv from my description?

In that case the call would have been recorded.

You need to ask for a review of the call and if their was a mistake of info by O2 on the phone call they should uphold your complaint.

Then it's upto them to agree a resolution.

This could be :

Return the iPhone and quash the contract.

Offer the next capacity of iPhone at a discounted price.

Offer it free as a goodwill gesture.

We're all human and mistakes happen but it's now what O2 do to put this right that counts.

Yes the call should have been recorded. Get a chippy of that but I would still make a complaint

There offer to put things right was offer us the 16Gb phone but at an ectra cost of £120! Which we could pay spread over the cost of the contract at £5 making a £28 a month contract £33, then they changed there story and said it has to be upfront. Thank you band i will see what happens as no dobt it will be round 3 today on the phone.

I will update thos post as soon as i i have any news. Thanks again.
