Hi, hope someone can help me after many frustrating calls to 02 and many broken promises, have a pay as you go sim and a contract sim, want to migrate pay as you go number to contract sim, got disconnected and reconnected, complaints made but still nothing done. Please help sort this very frustrating issue

The suggestion made by @gmarkj might work, but do not be surprised if you do not get very far.

 

As you will have an open complaint flagged on your record, you are likely to find that other O2 teams are either unwilling or unable to engage with you until the complaints' team finalise their investigation and issue their conclusion. 👍
