@Toby I posted the thread in the Other Devices section originally because the upgrade not only concerns PC and tablet versions of Windows, but will also be applicable to Windows Phone 8.1.

Fair enough, I guess. I didn't know you had to be looking for help or advice to post in a particular section. As the topic was germane to Windows phones I posted the link in the section concerning Windows phones.
