There is a previous posts about people not being able to get Michael buble priority tickets on sale today. I have been trying since 9 am, contacted O2 still no joy. Leonard on here replied stated it was a portal error.

Try deleting the app and re download.

I'm guessing that was an old post as Leonard left about 2 years ago.

Priority ticket bookings for popular artists are always busy times so I think you just have to keep trying, it might also help to try a different browser etc.....
