I recently switched to 02 from ID mobile and I ported my number across.  Ever since porting my number I can receive SMS messages but I can't send them!  I've tried different SMS apps and the result is always the same.....message not sent, phone number formatted incorrectly.  This happens to ALL my contacts.

 

I have tried force stopping the apps, clearing data and cachewith no success.

 

The message centre number is shown correctly for o2 pay monthly.

 

I don't know whether this is an issue with the port over or my phone, although everything worked fine before the port.

 

I have Xiamo redmi note 10 pro.  I have phone o2 but they've been of little help to resolve this.
