Mast down in GL7

I have had no service on my mobile since Monday morning. The status checker says a mast is down in my area GL76BL. There is no update or explanation about what is happening. What is happening and when will it be fixed?

When it says that, it's reasonable to assume they're working on it but they never give out the time to fix unfortunately.

Myself and other o2 users at work are having the same problems. I have just spent 20 mins on live chat to some fella and he basically told me that there were no problems in this area and that i needed to re insert my sim! I said that wasnt good enough and he gave me the customer service number, I am not ringing it as I have tried before and got no where, they do not have a clue. My contract is up this month, i will not be renewing, outsourced customer services are terrible, the worst thing invented. Goodbye o2. Stick your 3 quid as well

look at the status page http://status.o2.co.uk and enter your postcode Done that, thats why i "chatted" to an o2 oppo who told me there wasn't a problem and to re insert my sim, did you not read my first post, or are you based in Bombay too?

This forum is a place where customers help customers, so Adam is, just like you, another customer. I'm pretty sure he's not in Bombay, at the moment.

Oh right, Seriously frustrated with the whole thing to be honest, Apologies if I offended anyone. I would love to get a number for someone in the UK, when you ring customer services its torture, I achieved absolutely nothing by talking to those guys and it takes forever.
