Had a phone call from O2 telling me that as a loyal customer they are giving me 30% off my monthly tariff for the duration of my contract. Anyone else had this offer?

Definitely do as @jonsie advises and Call O2 on 202, no other number

In answer to your question though, there are quite a number of people who seem to have got this offer. Those that have taken it have found themselves defrauded of quite a bit of money.
