I am just wondering about our lost signal in our area RH20 1LJ, it has been off for more then 24 hrs.now. It has been frustrating for me as i have just upgraded to an iphone6 & i can't use it yet. I have rang O2 & i was told it should be back within a couple of hours. I already had a look on their website & it just keeps saying that they are working on a phone mast in our area but does'nt say when it's gonna be back? Please would someone give me an answer? I need help. Thanks.

We're all customers here. O2 won't give timescales for mast repairs I'm afraid so it's a matter of keep rebooting the phone and trying it.
As long as it shows on the website they are aware and will fix asap.

The only place to check for updates is the status checker
