Lost rcs chats s23 ultra

Have followed all the instructions and I still get this message anny ideas i have an s23 ultra running one ui 6.1 and I even tryd clearing the cash and fourcing the app to stopp In airplane mode  I have allso got google messages and even installed the configuration update that I got a notification for.
