Not sure why they would cancel an upgrade without telling you? If you wish to complain use this link...http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

The official complaints process is here, but as customers ourselves, we cannot do anything else for you I'm afraid http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

If an upgrade is cancelled it's usually out of stock or there is an account problem. Of course it could be an error but as we can't see your account it's difficult to comment in fairness.

This is one of the reasons I like to upgrade in store. But even I resorted to upgrading by phone this year due to limited stock. Worth while checking with your local store, and doing the upgrade there instead.

I've had an issue with them as well. I negotiated a deal three days ago on the phone, just checked on MyO2 and its two pounds more expensive then what was already promised. Plus all my settings were messed up by the network like the visual voicemail.

Seriously O2 get your act together !!!!!!

If you got a loyalty bonus it will just be deducted from your bill. Your MyO2 will always show the full tariff price.

You need to give us more clues if you want help with VVM though......
