Lost SIM

I've lost my sim and need a replacement with my number. All I can find are numbers to call to report it and get a new one but I have no sim so I can't possibly call. Its really frustrating.

If you call into an O2 Shop with Photo ID they will sort it

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Not sure if you have solved this by now @TH5 , but you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype for free
