Loss of O2 mobile reception in Brighton

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been unable to connect to O2 mobile phone where I live in Brighton for about a week. I need the connection for my work. Two days ago I went to the O2 shop who said they only knew about the disruption when O2 customers came in to complain. O2 engineers had not notified them but they assured me that it would be fixed that day.Today I had a conversation by internet with the O2 "guru" Lucy who said I must be patient as it would take weeks to fix and that it would be solved quicker with my cooperation!! Onbelievable.

I would need some proof of that, highly unlikely to happen.

I'd put my Mortgage on the fact O2 have NOT paid for and supplied an EE Sim Card!

It's like Samsung replacing a faulty S4 with an iPhone! It's just not gonna happen!

Why would they pay for another networks sim? Got to be something fishy there as surely that would never happen
