Long Term faulty mast

Anonymous

My local mast in Ruskington NG34 is shown as faulty and has been for over a week. There is no way to report this. Can anybody report this to O2 to get it fixed as I have no indoor or outdoor service.

Nothing more we can do for you here @Anonymous

You've got all the advice we can offer. What you do with it is up to you now.

Good luck.

@madasaf1sh said : ".....and o2 do not guarantee 100% service uptime".

If you read the T&Cs of the UK network operators, they actually do not guarantee any service at all !

Because it's barred on my phone! As per previous post I know O2 claim it's available to all. But that is not true. If you find your way through all the waffle and misdirection you'd also discover this.

I asked if anyone knew how to report faults to O2, not how to patronise with info already on O2 website/apps. Companies love these forums. They like to give the impression they want to help but just give the ability for people with no actual usefulness to argue amongst themselves with no need for O2 to have any involvement.
