London Phone Mast

Hi,

According to your coverage site there's been a phone mast down in central London all week, so as soon as I leave the wifi in my flat I have no signal all day. Beyond being extremely annoying this has started to cost me time and money with what I am missing on my phone. As receiving 3/4g signal is a basic service I pay for monthly I feel as though I should be reimbursed for the time in which the phone mast has been down. The coverage site also gives no information as to when this is likely to be fixed. Would love to hear back

O2 don't give timescales for repairs I'm afraid. All updates will be posted here http://status.o2.co.uk/
You can usually get a goodwill gesture though from customer services once the mast is fixed.
