Loan phone

I tried returning my loan phone today. They didn't tell me I had to keep the cardboard box. My wife thinks she's thrown it. Currently, o2 will not return my £25 because of the box. This is ridiculous, I have the phone

Sounds like they are just being awkward to me.
Were you specifically told to keep the box?

I don't think they are being awkward, if you are given a loan device, then you have to return everything that you are given including box, chargers, cables any instructional leaflets etc.

If you cant return any of those then you lose your deposit simples..
