Live update o2 repair tracking

How long does it take to update information via o2 track/repair link the moment it’s been received at address (address printed on Jiffy bag) ? 

 

I had to send faulty iPhone by special delivery. Sent it Thursday last week (LW) evening and it was signed for last Friday LW (8:30am-ish). Today (Monday afternoon), checked tracking status via o2 repair link and it’s saying something about still waiting for device.

 

Does that that mean it’s lost or yet to be updated ? I tried to find out via webchat and they kept sending me around in circles.

It will be waiting to be booked in and awaiting a tech to look at it.

How long that takes depends on how busy they are.

I would give customer service a call and ask for the repair centre number to check this out. It can take up to 2/3 working days to register but I would call up & check.

Shouldn't the OP still get an email and tracking number once the buds have been dispatched?
