The live chat option is supposed to be available between 7 and 11pm. However I have been trying to use it since 8.30 pm and it is not available. Have used it before and found it really helpful. Any ideas.

Usual suggestions are to disable any pop up blockers or anti virus, clear your cache, try a different browser, try on phone/pc etc.......
