@Catherine

A lot of people are having problems with Live chat since the network went down last week.

You could keep trying, or maybe we could help here (as long as it's nothing to do with your account?)

I'm currently paying for two phones. One phone didn't arrive via courier...it got lost. I went to the shop 'cos I needed one pronto. O2 promised to cancel one and refund the momney. They haven't., even though the courier phone, which arrived 3 days lat, went back to them.

I'm paying for a phone which I don't have.

They promised to switch the sim cards within a few hours....my phone would die,...switch sims....get up and running again.  That was a week ago. I'm currently paying for two lots of air time...they promised a refund. They haven't.

I've called them and used Live Chat....no further forward.  Now I can't get onto Live Chat at all.

Okay, I could cancel my direct debit, buy I have no confidence that O2 will kill the right phone...which I need.

This is a last resort. Any siuggestions gratefully received.

Only customer services can help you @DavyWavy

Keep calling, definitely don't use chat for this and call between 8 and 9am to avoid queues.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks. I'll give it another go. Bang goes another hour repeating the same questions.

O2 don't do simple......

As advised, call rather than a frustrating ineffectual chat.
