Had a lengthy live chat late yesterday to complain about my new phone not turning up. I was told I would have to resume the chat this morning to get an update etc. Surprise surprise.....no live chat all morning. So what do I do now. Thanks again O2.....you really are not bathing yourself in glory!

Just spent 46 mins on the phone to O2 customer service. The lady was contacting UK mail to find out why they hadn't delivered my new phone and to rearrange delivery. On the second call she made to arrange delivery (next Tuesday now!!!) UK mail hung up on her! When she called back, they'd closed! So now O2 nor me have the foggiest idea if or when my phone will turn up. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Actually on the verge of cancelling the order. I think O2 need to find a new courier.
