Hi,
I used Live Chat this evening and received help from o2 customer support representative Fahi. Fahi was extremely helpful, was patient whilst I tried to describe my query and resolved my problem quickly. I wanted to leave feedback, however my phone skipped past the page, so I lost all of Fahi's helpful advice and didn't have a chance to leave a review. This is the only place I could find to leave it.
