Am unable to phone to speak to someone regarding this and need an email address to inform o2 date of when my bill willbe paid

From what the OP has said it sounds as if the payment is late already. @Anonymous if you do not contact customer service using the link to the numbers provided asap, you will be disconnected. Not only will that negatively impact your credit rating, but you will also have to pay a reconnection charge.

The system is automated so you really need to speak to someone who can override it. I'm not sure live chat can do that unless you get through to a UK adviser.
