I have seen so many threads Go of track.

these O2 community  threads are all about self help I urge all poster to keep the banter in the correct areas of the forum and only answer genuine questions in the correct place .

i see so many threads hijacked and the op never responds.

some of us have been helping for ages  for no reward drop the kudos, solutions to questions is the true proof of help.

i am not having a pop at people but I have had enough of the kudos issue.

Everyone is helpful here but if a topic comes up with a little banter that is relevant to the thread, I see no problem with it

I agree if the banter is relevant then where's the harm.

Even without banter it's common for the OP not to reply or resolve the thread and disappear into the sunset.

Too much policing of the forums boards will kill them.

Most op make one post then never appear again unless they don't get what they were hoping for or just want to flame wars

I don't think you have, most of your posts are in threads you have started yourself.:smileyhappy:

No this doesn't apply to you, it's about threads of customers being diverted into chat threads.
