I signed up for a pay monthly SIM last week and added my phone number PAC code at the time of signing up for the SIM. I've had my O2 SIM in my phone 2.5 days and my previous number hasn't been changed over yet. How long does it normally take? Thanks

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Have you had a text to say when the port will happen, as if you haven't it will be doubtful it will be going through.

You need to speak to Customer Services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202
