Kash - Live Chat - 05/01/18

Tried to leave feedback today after using the live chat feature, but just as I was completing it my phone decided to leave the page and delete the whole thing! Good thing my new phones arriving today funnily enough!

I cant find an email address to contact o2, so I just wanted to leave my feedback here for Kash in the hope's it will find its way to them!

Great customer service today, helped out with my query really quickly, was very friendly and made the effort to have an unrelated chat with me about my new phone etc...
Brilliant customer service, I'm even more happy with my purchase now and the decision to stick with o2.

Thanks again Kash! I hope this gets to you somehow!
