Im currently paying £9.25p per month for my contract. That means in the space of a year my bill is going to increase to £30.85p by the second year that will be £52.45p that cannot be correct?

Vodafone £1 per month

EE £1.50

Three

4 GB or less: +£1 per month

5 GB–99 GB: +£1.25 per month

100 GB or more: +£1.50 per month

So in this field O2 are the most expensive

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Device plans are fixed term credit agreements.

Not sure how they can legally increase those?
