If you are talking about "open codes" there is a help thread here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/O2-Open-and-Friends-and-Family-Discount-Schemes...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Is there a full up to date list of the employers who are linked to the Open scheme?

I had no idea John Lewis was involved. slight_frown

I think O2 should provide a list ..updated annually. (I don't mean  a list provided by forum members :smileywink:)

Maybe @Toby   could feed this back to the appropriate team?

The relevant companies HR depts. should inform the employees of any offers they are eligible for....

I agree with that point. There is the other issue about us giving advice to people asking about this code, when some of us do not know whether they are eligible or not. slight_frown

Most companies do if they are part of the scheme but with a huge organisation such as the Health Service it's inevitable that the qualifying criteria is a little vague. Nurses and doctors qualify but hospital porters for instance wouldn't. I think it depends on job description too within a company.
