Joggler not receiving Sky News/Sports/Weather Updates

Has anyone else noticed a problem with their Joggler over the last few days ? Sky News, Sports or weather updates all appeared to stop on December 29th. Traffic and the calendar still work okay, so there is no connection issue. I have also tried powering down and back up and a factory reset. Any ideas ?

I have been experiencing the same problems.

I had my last Sport update on 03/01/10 and the last News and Weather updates on 13/02/10.

I contacted the O2 helpline and was referred to technical support but following several calls we have got nowhere. They seem puzzled that I DO have an internet connection which works and that the Traffic, Calendar and Internet Radio all work.

Yesterday I took the unit back to the O2 shop I bought it from expecting them to simply exchange the unit, but they have insisted on sending it back to their technical division.

I think it must be a software glitch, but I am very disappointed by both the failings of the unit and the apparent ignorance to the workings of the machine when you ring their specified Joggler helpline number.

OK, do let us know what their technical division make of it!

Unfortunately I bought mine online (via the O2 website) so I don't suppose an O2 shop will help me. Might try though.

Mine stopped working back in February too - last Sky news/sports update was on 21st Feb and weather stopped working on 24th. Have tried rebooting several times but still Sky services won't update. Sounds like the joggler 'support' team are a waste of space too so shan't bother with them. We got out joggler for nothing so I'm not too bothered. So long as the internet radio and calender keep working that is!

has anyone got their joggler news and weather working yet. Mine packed up on 8th March. Can't get it to work no matter how many times I try resetting. It's got good wifi connection. I'd love to hear from anyone who found the answer! Very disappointing that 02 don't acknowledge the problem on their 'help'.

Mine stopped working on the 13th March 2010 so I wonder why are we losing Sky at different times. I bought my Joggler on the 30th November 2009.

I have reported the fault to O2 and they did not tell me that they were aware of it.

I eventually got through to the Technical Support Team (most people in o2 do not know what a joggler is).
Apparently the manufacturer is trying to replicate the problem as a number of people are now experiencing problems. All news and weather feeds have given up the ghost. Should have an answer this week they say. I have a case reference number and will be seeking replacement or refund if no success

Are you guys still having problems or is it fixed? I just checked my Joggler and News, Sport etc all showing latest update received 23/03/2010 at 15:57.
