September madness I'm afraid with the launch of flagship phones, people wanting handsets and insufficient staff to handle the volume of calls. It's the same every year but if webchat was equipped to deal with all account queries it would certainly alleviate the problem. Withdrawing email service was a retrograde step but even before that was ended, many of the emails were outsourced to overseas staff.
