Is there any positives to being on o2

Moved from virgin to o2 and keep asking myself why.

We travel regular so added the international travel bolt ons

always we are getting additional charges. I had someone phone me in Turkey for 5mins and it cost £83

when you try to talk to someone the service is slow and poor

and lastly in the UK the signal service is the worst I’ve had.

Turkey is £6 a day with the Travel Bolt on. Without it standard rates apply for incoming calls which is £2 per minute, so sounds like you used data as well.

With regards to UK signal Virgin have been using O2 signal for nearly a year so there should be no difference.
