If it is lag it's still damn annoying for the regular posters who are here to help any new member who needs an answer to their query. It requires scrolling past previously read posts (showing as unread again) to find a NEW post you are able to answer.....
It's time consuming, frustrating and a relatively new problem not experienced until a few weeks ago.. .

Still a problem with My O2.
Checked it to respond to this post https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/What-s-going-on-with-o2/m-p/1088168#M139811
Accessed MyO2 fine but it logged me out of forum ...although I was still able to post
I had to sign in again to read unread posts...so that's even more confusing (the fact I could post when apparently logged out)

Morning guys,
Lithium just confirmed that the issue with the unread post should be fixed (nothing they can do about the moving topics).
Could you please check and confirm if the issue still persist?

Hi @MercedesS I can confirm it is fixed for me .I mainly use my PC so thats what I am basing my answer on. As you say, it isn't fixed if threads are moved...
