I can't get rid of Unread posts.....tried under the Options drop down and logged off and on again.

Do we know what caused the glitch ?.....if not then it might happen again.

To be honest we couldn't even reproduce the problem so... hard to explain but, I can start a new CT if you want me to I am a fan!

I reported one yesterday after Marjo moved a post. I think it always happens after a post is moved.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Very odd.

I'm on an O2 network at the moment as in the office today - so my posts this morning will have come from here, whereas posts last night were from home.

No idea whether it does/should make any difference or not though.

Randomly, I see the "new" header trial from my BT connection at home, but see the old header from work and also on my O2 mobile.

I work for O2, however any advice or opinion given in this community should be considered my own and not necessarily representative of Telefónica UK Limited.

I saw it happen a couple of times yesterday. Posts appearing as unread when they were actually read.

Now I know this happens when some new topics are posted in the wrong section (ie O2 Home) and then they are moved to the correct section. This was NOT the case yesterday. They weren't moved at all. They just appeared as unread on repeated occasions.
