I can't get rid of Unread posts.....tried under the Options drop down and logged off and on again.

Or else it's yet another forum "glitch"......when a member of Admin adds a post it changes the whole thread into "Mark Topic as New" ?

Ah now. This appears to happen when a thread is edited by Admin...or moved to a new section?

Been having the level up problem for a while - Toby used to expect a PM from me every couple of months about it but it is still happening.

Guessing it is one of the joys of the platform being used...

Definitely seen lots of threads moved/merged by admin which means it shows as unread at least twice...

It could be great if you could stay in one post as it gets confusing to track your replies in several. 

About the unread topics, as we said yesterday, it should be fixed today.  As soon as we get the confirmation from Lithium we will let you know. 

Yesterday we have opened a new ticket about rank emails that are sent automatically from the platform, not from me I am afraid 

As you all know, technical problems are complex, so please, if you keep having issues, share them with us and we will do our best to get them fixed and that your awesome feedback reaches O2

@MercedesSTo be completely honest this constant merging of threads only adds to confusion. Different issues are being raised which means the merged threads have no continuity whatsoever. It also means they will yet again appear as 'unread'.

I'm not talking about the Apple thread where people are asking why their phone hasn't been delivered etc etc.

The ones I am talking about are those which are reporting various different issues with the Lithium platform. 

People are also complaining about the loss of Tugo and other essential O2 services. Not sure why most of these should be moved into a megathread?

A few months ago you split long running Off Topic threads to make them more manageable according to yourself. Now we are having more megathreads created. I can't understand the logic of it...
